Bob Orr, RKC II is a highly sought after kettlebell instructor. Bob received the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) certification in 2006 and the RKC II certification in 2008.
Bob has spent his adult life in the Marine Corps, competes in strength and endurance competitions and has adoped a 'Hardstyle' lifestyle. These years of experience are your advantage.
In September 2008, Bob was selected as an assistant instructor at the RKC Certification as Pavel's assistant.
