Early Bird Kettlebell Class
- Gather your friends and join me for a weekly kettlebell class.
- Monday and Wednesday, 0600 - 0700 at the park.
- Training begins with the fundamental basics and progress to more advanced drills. As you progress in skill, your fitness will improve, you will lose body fat and begin feeling great.
- We will begin with joint mobility and a warm up, learn new skills, then workout. Nutritional and lifestyle advice is offered at the end of the class as time allows.
- $15 per person per session or $100 per month.
- This is a great opportunity to add some skill and direction to your training.
